There is nothing you need to do during the session. You are welcome ro rest, breathe, or simply be.

This Session weaves traditional Usui/Holy Fire Reiki with the soothing tones of singing bowls. Sound vibrations are used to support relaxation and deepen the Reiki experience, helping quiet the mind, ease tension, and invite the body into a restful, receptive state.
